1. First, we need to loosen the tie ring screws, then remove the upper frame, remove the broken fine mesh, and replace it with a new mesh.
2. The second step is to lay the fine mesh on the mother mesh of the vibrating screen, and then put the upper frame back to its original position, tighten the four sides of the fine mesh, and place the frames on the opposite ends of the fuselage. At the edge of the lower frame, use a universal pliers for each, and then clamp the upper frame and the lower frame.
3. Reduce the screens protruding from the four sides of the vibrating screen, don't cut them all off, leave a distance of two centimeters.
4. Re-fit the tie ring, loosen the universal pliers, hook the tie ring screw and lock it tight.
5. Use a soft hammer to evenly hit the circumference of the tie ring, then lock the copper nut, and change the fine mesh to complete. If the mother net frame and the moving plate are removed during the screen changing process of the vibrating screen, please note that the moving orifice plate must be inserted into the flange of the bottom surface of the screen when reinstalling.
