Detailed washing process of leaf filter:
1. Open flow can be washed
In addition to the feed channel, this method also has a channel for washing liquid. The filtering part is the same as that of open flow and non-washable. After filtering, perform scrubbing operation.
2. Open flow is not washable
This method requires only one central feed channel, and the material enters each filter chamber through the feed hole from the feed hole on the thrust plate, and the filtrate passes through the filter medium and is discharged from the outlet hole of each filter plate. It is suitable for general filtering and has the characteristics of fast filtering speed and intuitive filtering effect.
3. Undercurrent washable
It is divided into undercurrent one-way scrubbing and undercurrent two-way interspersed scrubbing. The feed and scrubbing fluid of the leaf filter of this method is the same as that of the open flow washable, but the method of discharging is different. The liquid of each filter plate is collected and discharged through the liquid outlet channel. This method is suitable for materials that are polluted, toxic, volatile and need to be washed.
4. Undercurrents are not washable
In addition to the feed channel, the leaf filter of this method also has a liquid outlet channel. The filtrate of each filter plate is discharged together through this channel. This method is applicable to materials that are polluted, toxic, volatile, and do not need to be washed.
In addition to the overall washing of the leaf filter, the filter cake cleaning of the filter should be considered:
① Filtration: After the material is filled into the tank of the filter, it is cyclically filtered. After the clear liquid reaches the requirements, the qualified clear liquid enters the tank in the next process.
②Residual liquid treatment and drying: When the required filtering materials are all finished, the liquid in the tank is sprayed into the top of the filter through an atomized spray, and the gas is pressed out through the filter element. After all the cakes are spread, they are dried with nitrogen.
③Atomized spray washing cake: the washing liquid is pumped into the top of the filter through a spray pump for atomized spraying, and the atomized liquid is pressed into the washing liquid collection tank. After the quantitative washing liquid is used up, the cake washing is finished.
④Removing slag: Drying with nitrogen, and then removing cake by back blowing. After the filter cake falls off, it will automatically open the lid and remove the residue.
⑤Cleaning: According to user requirements, forward washing, back washing, and spray washing can be carried out.
