Notes for using stainless steel vibrating screen

1. Before installing the machine, first check whether the parts are complete and damaged by referring to the packing list.

2. The stainless steel vibrating screen should be installed with reference to the installation drawing when installing. The supporting frame must be installed horizontally on the foundation. The foundation should have sufficient rigidity and strength to support all the dynamic and static loads of the vibrating screen.

3. The sieve box trunnion can be used to lift the sieve machine, and the whole sieve cannot be directly hung on the vibration exciter.

4. When installing the screen, make sure to keep a minimum clearance of 80mm between the screen box and non-moving parts such as hoppers and troughs.

5. After the stainless steel vibrating screen is installed, the screen surface should be kept horizontal on the left and right. Otherwise, a thin iron sheet can be installed between the spring seat and the support for adjustment.

6. The spring of the stainless steel vibrating screen must be in a vertical state, and the spring fixing frame is fixed on the trunnion of the screen box.

7. The driving direction of the stainless steel vibrating screen is set to stand at the feeding end, facing the direction of material flow, and observe the position of the motor. The left-hand side is left-hand drive, and the right-hand side is right-hand drive. The stainless steel vibrating screen adopts a symmetrical design, with pulleys on both sides. Changing the position of the motor can change the left and right driving directions.

8. Ensure that the tension of the V-belt has sufficient adjustment, and the end faces of the two pulleys are adjusted in a plane.

9. The exciter must be rotated by hand (or other methods) before the test run. The machine can be started only when the rotation is flexible and there is no jamming phenomenon.

10. After the installation and adjustment of the stainless steel vibrating screen, a no-load test run shall be carried out for no less than 2 hours, and the operation shall be stable, no abnormal noise, and the maximum bearing temperature shall not exceed 75°C.

11. The user can adjust the amplitude of the stainless steel vibrating screen by appropriately increasing or decreasing the number of auxiliary eccentric blocks according to the on-site usage to achieve the ideal screening effect.
